It consists of a tank and a cover, made of stainless steel, with four closing hooks according to CE regulations, and a 4 meter long tube that ends in a straight pistol with a general purpose nozzle.

If your job requires it, a second pistol can be fitted to serve two working positions.

Fields of application: it is ideal for small workshops, but also large industries, both for panel processing and solid wood, where it is necessary to maintain a constant amount of glue application and where there are special conditions for application. Dowels, chair sockets, tenons, tenon-slots and panels for door frames, windows, shutters, slots and so many other applications of glue, are served quickly, with cleanliness and above all great economy.

Adhesive properties: use only PVA adhesives, viscosity between 6000 and 12000 mPas, working temperature 20° C / 65° F.

Advantages: fast and practical application, reducing the time of the working process, cleanliness, quality improvement and remarkable savings of glue, as well as better gluing strength of the parts.

Accessories and nozzles: A very wide range of nozzles is available, which theoretically cover all needs. However, upon request, with your dimensions and samples of wood, specially made nozzles can be produced with any specification.
