Specially developed 2-component adhesive application system by spraying. With clean transfer technology, it impresses in terms of material transfer efficiency to the surface, preventing fumes and ensuring workplace hygiene.

The system consists of two buckets, one for the adhesive and one for the catalyst, as well as a special application gun. The buckets are made of stainless steel and have a safety clamp. Each bucket has four wheels, two large ones for easy movement and two smaller ones with brakes for stabilization. At their inlet there is a safety valve and inlet pressure regulator.

The glue and the catalyst, compressed through two pipes, end up in the special spray gun with pressure, and they are sprayed without the use of air. The gun has two special nozzles, one for spraying the glue and one for the catalyst, which automatically mix the two materials in the air, in front of the gun and in an automatic preset ratio of 7 to 1. The now activated material is applied to the surface accurately and with precise beveled edges. The workplace is also less dirty thanks to the precise application.
