SEMIAUTOMATIC GLUE-SPREADING MACHINES FOR PROFILES AND JOINTS

These semiautomatic gluing machines need no electrical connections, as they have been designed to work pneumatically only. They have been developed for professional, handicraft and industrial applications, to glue special profiles and joints, such as kitchen cabinets doors, dovetail joints, to glue dowels etc, using any kind of vinyl glues.

They are delivered as a standard version with two heads, Mod. 9033 and with four opposed heads, mod. 9048.

They have been realized to optimize every gluing operation, to reduce the working time, to avoid waste of glue thanks to a precise glue delivery, obtaining thus a better tightness and a higher quality of the finished product.

Technical characteristics

Machines are provided with a pneumatic glue feeder, a can of detergent for the washing of nozzles and of all the accessories necessary to operate the machine and its maintenance.

Machines are supplied with 2 or 4 heads, upon which the glue delivering nozzles are mounted; these nozzles are made "to measure" according to the profile to be glued. In this way it is possible to manage and solve any need and problem concerning gluing.
