It consists of a tank and a cover, made of stainless steel, with four closing hooks according to CE regulations, and a 4 meter long spiral tube suitable for solvents, that ends in a straight pistol with a general purpose nozzle.

If your job requires it, a second pistol can be fitted to serve two working positions.

Fields of application: it is ideal for small workshops, but also large industries, where it is necessary to maintain a constant amount of glue application and where there are special conditions for application. Ideal for gluing a variety of materials, such as laminate, metal, rubber and plastic materials in general onto wood or to each other, for leather and footwear, with cleanliness and above all great economy.

Adhesive properties: use only and exclusively contact glues in solvent mixtures. 

Recommended viscosity:  ± 6200 mPa s, working temperature 20° C.

How to apply the glue: always apply the glue to both adhering surfaces, wait approx. 10/15 min. and bring the two surfaces together exerting pressure.

Advantages: fast and practical application, reducing the time of the working process, cleanliness, quality improvement and remarkable savings of glue, as well as better gluing strength of the parts.

Accessories and nozzles: A very wide range of nozzles is available, which theoretically cover all needs. 

However, upon request, with your dimensions and samples of wood, specially made nozzles can be produced with any specification.
