For cutting the excess of PVC, ABS, melamine... tapes on both side of the straight panels and the excess on circular panels. It provides a clean and exact cut without to damage the panel.  It cuts tapes up to 55 mm width and 1 mm thickness or 25 mm width and 3 mm thickness. Its cutting system with two blades allows to cut the tape without effort, even thick tapes. It is possible to cut up to 60º angle. The blades can be sharpened.
